I've looked up posts about this number and it appears to be a scam. Please do something about it if possible. Thanks

This is a collection agency. The name of the entity is A.C.S. The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name. Ask for me by name, when I replied this is Dr.xxx, how may I help you. Phone call was immediately disconnected.

Receiving repeated calls from this number.

Automated system calling for an employee at place of employment. Called number back, gives company as CRF Firm (again automated voice).

Called and said I have received 7000 grant money from the government, because I'm a good citizen, asked for my bank information. I asked can they send a check and of course they cant, this is a scam never would i think the govenment would send me 7000 for what??

this is one of Verizon Wireless' payment collection services. They will keep calling you untill you either pay your cell phone bill or they turn off your service. Just thought you all should know (and if you ignore the calls for over a week they will just disconnect your service regardless of whether or not they get through to you or even leave a message they dont care about their customers only the $$$$ thats it!). With that said; What a great cell phone provider huh!? ....jk...hahahahah

Male, deep voice. Knew who I was and my name, continued to ask questions about me, when I asked who it was he wouldn't tell me how he got my phone number or his real or full name. Referred to himself as Michael but hesitated when I asked.

I just contacted Chase Bank. The man in customer service said all of their telephone numbers begin with 800. I think this is some type of scammer. If you call the number back (I blocked my ID) you'll just get a ringing phone and lots of static. Fishy. Just to be safe NEVER give any banking or personal information to these people without calling your bank FIRST!

This guy with middle eastern accent has called me several times within the last year - with different names and numbers each time threatening me saying I owe money to a payday loan, which I DO NOT! This is rediculous, he is calling my work and family constantly - he can not show proof and when u hang up he calls back and tells me not to hang up, someone please help me deal with this guy. I have called local athorities, attorney general, and talked with Missouri Investigation, but no one seems to catch this scum!!! Be careful. SCAM
